1. Title, commencement and principal notice-(1) This notice is the Authorised Futures Dealers (iPredict Limited) Notice 2011 Amendment Notice 2013.
(2) This notice comes into force on its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
(3) This notice amends the Authorised Futures Dealers (iPredict Limited) Notice 2011*.
2. Renewal of principal notice-Clause 1(3) of the Authorised Futures Dealers (iPredict Limited) Notice 2011* is amended by omitting
"31 August 2013"
and substituting
"31 October 2013".
