Pursuant to subclause 3.4(1) of Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 and a delegation from the NZ Transport Agency, I, Glenn Bunting, Network Manager, amend the "20km/h School Bus Signs Trial" notice published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 27 June 2013, No. 83, page 2244, by adding the following clause to Schedule 5-Conditions and evaluation:
"(f) A bus identified in the table below may display a 20km/h school bus sign Option B on the front of the bus,
despite the bus having seating for more than 12 people, including the driver.
