Pursuant to section 38 of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, I hereby give notice of approval of
the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct 2014, which will come into effect on 13 January 2014.
From 13 January 2014, the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct 2010 is revoked.
The code of conduct can be viewed and downloaded free from the Immigration Advisers Authority ("Authority") website
