1. Pursuant to section 38(3)(b) of the Electricity Industry Act 2010, the Electricity Authority gives notice of
the making of the Electricity Industry Participation (Additional Registry Fields) Code Amendment 2012, Amendment 2013 (No 2).
2. The amendment comes into force on 29 August 2013.
3. This amendment is one of a set of amendments in relation to new metering arrangements.
4. The amendment makes a change necessary to reflect
that the Electricity Industry Participation (Metering Arrangements) Code Amendment 2011 now comes into force on 29 August 2013, and revokes a subclause that made an amendment to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 that is no longer required.
