Pursuant to sections 4(1) and 8(1) of the Forest and
Rural Fires Act 1977, the Taranaki Rural Fire District Constitution and Administration Notice 2013, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 March 2013, No. 31, page 950, is amended by replacing in clause 3 the mention of
"Committee"
with
"Authority, being the rural fire committee".
