In accordance with section 34(1)(a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice
of his intention to make the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules:
Omnibus 2013
The purpose of this rule-making proposal is to make minor editorial and minor technical amendments to various Parts of the Civil Aviation Rules.
The primary objectives of the proposed amendments include the correction of spelling and grammatical errors, the updating of various rules in accordance with current International Civil Aviation Organisation standards, definitions and abbreviations, and the revocation of specific transitional arrangements.
