1. Pursuant to section 38(3)(b) of the Electricity Industry Act 2010, the Electricity Authority ("Authority") gives notice of the making of the Electricity Industry Participation (Information Flows) Code Amendment 2013.
2. The amendment comes into force on 13 June 2013.
3. The amendment:
(a) clarifies the process to be followed by the clearing manager when issuing invoices after reconciliation information is revised; and
(b) provides for the grid owner to notify the reconciliation manager of each point of connection to the grid that was supplied from an alternative point of connection, and the corresponding trading periods; and
(c) amends the deadline for the reconciliation manager to notify affected reconciliation participants of the trading periods during which outage constraints applied.
