Pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Markets Act 1988, the Financial Markets Authority gives the following notice.

1. Title, commencement, and principal notice -(1) This notice is the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1994 Amendment Notice No. 1.
(2) This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
(3) This notice amends the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1994*.
2. Schedule Amended - The Schedule to the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1994* is amended by removing the names "Cigna International Investment Advisers Australia Limited", "Citibank Global Asset Management Limited", "The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited" and "Southpac Investment Management Limited".
