Pursuant to Regulation 11(1)(c) of the Electricity Industry (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2010 ("Regulations") and section 13 of the Interpretation Act 1999 ("Act"), the Electricity Authority ("Authority") gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title-This notice is the Notice of Recalculated Reconciled Levy Rates for the Year Ended 30 June 2012.
2. Recalculated reconciled levy rates-The Authority has recalculated the reconciled levy rates for the year ended 30 June 2012 in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Regulations and section 13 of the Act.
3. The Notice of Reconciled Levy Rates for the Year Ended 30 June 2012* is amended by omitting the table under clause 2(1) and substituting the following table:
