Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Robert Laurie Merlo of Merlo Burgess and Co Limited was appointed receiver and manager on 8 February 2013 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 11th day of October 2012.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
