Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 20 December 2012, Karen Betty Mason and Rachel Mason, chartered accountants, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of DIGITAL VISION LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 1st day of June 2011 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
