Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Colin Thomas McCloy and David John Bridgman, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named companies on 6 February 2013 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 4th day of October 2012.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, properties and assets.
