Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
Iain Shephard and Christine Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, were, on 7 February 2013, appointed as receivers and managers of the above-named companies.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertaking of BRIGHT TILES LIMITED and BRIGHT TILES RETAIL LIMITED (both in receivership), pursuant to general security agreements in favour of Bank of
New Zealand, dated the 28th day of August 2007 over all present and after-acquired property.
