Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited ("bank"), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, on 6 December 2013 at 5.00pm, appointed Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of C B & L T SMITH PARTNERSHIP ("partnership") under the powers contained in a general security agreement ("GSA") dated the 2nd day of December 2011, which property consists of all assets referred to in the GSA in favour of the bank (then ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited) to secure the payment or delivery of amounts which the partnership is liable to pay to the bank and the performance of the partnership's other obligations to the bank.
