Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 29 November 2013, Boris van Delden and Jared Waiata Booth, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the assets of THE BAY OF ISLANDS TRUST* (in receivership) by the High Court at New Zealand.
