Notice is given that on 2 December 2013, John Ross Lindholm and Peter Damien McCluskey, insolvency practitioners of Ferrier Hodgson, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named company pursuant to the provisions of a registered debenture charge created by the company in favour of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
The property subject to the receivership includes all present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
