Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 25 November 2013, Working Capital Solutions (NZ) Limited, being the holder of general security agreements dated the 4th day of March 2013 and the 31st day of October 2013, appointed John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of the companies.
