Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Shaun Neil Adams and Andrew John Hawkes, hereby give notice that on 4 February 2013 at 10.30am, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company pursuant to a general security deed dated the 14th day of November 2007 and a specific security agreement dated the 7th day of July 2008.
