Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 23 October 2013, Warren Denis McLaughlin and Lincoln Gerald Charles, of Palmerston North, the general security agreement holders, appointed Lyn Maree Carey, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, as receiver and manager of CARRAMAR MOTOR INN (2013) LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 29th day of January 2013 and section 6 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
