Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Fisk and David Bridgman, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the trust on
4 November 2013 by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 137G(1) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the trust's undertaking, property and assets.
