On 23 October 2013, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Michael David Gregory were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of the company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 26th day of February 2013.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in future.
