Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 31 January 2013, Boris van Delden and Roy Horrocks, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of W LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 29th day of July 2008, the property being defined in clause 8.1 of the loan agreement and general security deed.
