Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 22 October 2013, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield, of Accru Smith Chilcott Limited, were jointly and severally appointed receivers of all the debtors' present and after-acquired property, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 4th day of November 2009 in favour of Johnston Lawrence Solicitors Nominee Company Limited.
