Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins, insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of:
- L F BUILDINGS LIMITED on 7 October 2013; and
- GRAHAM RICHARD NEUFVILLE TAYLOR and SALLY JANET TAYLOR jointly and individually on
8 October 2013
under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 26th day of May 2008.
The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed
in Respect of: All the company's and all of the individuals' present and after-acquired property, being all the company's and individuals' personal property, real property and other property.
