Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On Friday 4 October 2013, Steven Paul Cammish and Jonathan Andrew Wilgermein, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the above-named partnership, pursuant to the terms of general security agreements granted by the partnership in favour of Wallace Corporation Limited and SCL Holdings Limited.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the present and after-acquired property of the partnership, and all personal property in which the partnership has rights, whether now or in the future.
