Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Brendon James Gibson and Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that on 27 September 2013, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of MCCOLLUM FARM LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 29th day of May 2007, and E J & Z M MCCOLLUM PARTNERSHIP (consisting of Eric John McCollum and Zelda Margaret McCollum) pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 26th day of February 2007.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreements: All assets and undertaking of the entities.
