Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Brendon James Gibson and Michael Peter Stiassny, hereby give notice that on 12 September 2013, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of:
1. all present and after-acquired property held by KEITH ROWLAND WALKER and BARBARA JOAN WALKER pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 29th day of October 2010; and
2. all present and after-acquired property held by KEITH ROWLAND WALKER, BARBARA JOAN WALKER and JOHN GORDON MATTOCK (as trustees of
K.R. & B.J. Walker Family Trust) pursuant to a general security agreement executed on the 3rd day of February 2009.
