Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Brendon James Gibson and Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that on 9 September 2013, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of:
1. all present and after-acquired property held by CMJ LIMITED (as trustee of CMJ TRADING TRUST);
2. all present and after-acquired property held by GREGORY IVAN BANICEVICH and HAMMONDS TRUSTEES LIMITED (as trustees of the MARISE BANICEVICH FAMILY TRUST);
3. all present and after-acquired property of THE FINANCE HOUSE (2001) LIMITED and POUTO LAKES LIMITED
all pursuant to general security agreements dated the
31st day of October 2007; and
4. the assets and undertaking of MBF CONSTRUCTION LIMITED pursuant to a debenture dated the 15th day of February 2002.
