Notice of Cessation of Receivers of Income

Iain Shephard and Christine Dunphy, of Wellington, hereby give notice that on 20 September 2013 they ceased to act as receivers of income for the properties as detailed below:

- Properties owned by 79 MANNERS STREET LIMITED, being Units 3, 4, 5, 8, 11, 13 and 14 at 79 Manners Street, Wellington, and described in Identifiers WN53D/350, WN53D/351, WN53D/352, WN53D/355, WN53D/358, WN53D/360 and WN53D/361 (Wellington Land Registry).
