receivers and managers of the property of TE KAUWHATA TRANSPORT (2011) LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 1st day of April 2006.
The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the property charged by that instrument including all present and after-acquired property.
