Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 16 September 2013, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of LIGHTER QUAY SALES LIMITED under the terms of a general security deed dated the 31st day of July 2009.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and
after-acquired personal property of the company.
