Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receiver
and Manager

Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioner of
Auckland, hereby gives notice that on 12 September 2013,
FE Investments Limited appointed him receiver and manager of the property of GILLAK HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 1st day of June 2006.
The appointment of the receiver and manager is in substitution for Peter Chatfield and Rex Tietjens, who were appointed on 31 January 2011.
The Property in Receivership is: In respect of all the debtor's present and after-acquired property, being all of the debtor's personal property and all other property.
