Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 12 September 2013 at 11.50am, ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited appointed
David Stuart Vance and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountants of Wellington, as receivers and managers in respect of certain property of SEED GROUP LIMITED, being 11 Margaret Road, Raumati, and 20A Raumati Road, Raumati, more particularly described in Computer Freehold Register Identifiers 759/99 and 30C/529 respectively (both Wellington Land Registry).
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of the properties pursuant to mortgage instrument
5925236.5 (Variations 7420687.2 and 80867676.3) and 5925236.4 (Variation 7420687.3) dated the 8th day of March 2004, and a general security agreement dated the 12th day of April 2007.
