Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that on 12 September 2013 at 11.50am, ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited appointed
David Stuart Vance and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountants of Wellington, as receivers and managers in respect of certain land of PROPERTY HOLDINGS
KC LIMITED, being 13 Margaret Road, Raumati, more particularly described in Computer Freehold Register Identifier 38C/428 (Wellington Land Registry).
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of the land pursuant to mortgage instrument 7697216.2 dated the 14th day of February 2008.
