Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Brendon James Gibson and Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that on 9 September 2013, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of
the assets and undertaking of CMJ LIMITED, GREGORY IVAN BANICEVICH and HAMMONDS TRUSTEES LIMITED, THE FINANCE HOUSE (2001) LIMITED and POUTO LAKES LIMITED pursuant to general security agreements dated the 31st day of October 2007 and MBF CONSTRUCTION LIMITED pursuant to a debenture dated the 15th day of February 2002.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreements: All assets and undertaking of the entities.
