Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several receivers of the above-named company on
29 July 2013 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 23rd day of February 2005 giving the holder a security interest in all of the business, undertaking and assets of the company.
