Notice is hereby given that on 17 July 2013, Kevyn Andrew Botes and Keith Mawdsley, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of MJ PANELBEATERS & AUTOREPAIRS LIMITED, under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 31st day of April 2013 and registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 9 May 2013.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and
after-acquired personal property of the company.
