Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, on 18 July 2013, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of STELLA SHIPPING LIMITED under the terms of a specific security deed dated the 17th day of December 2008.
The Property in Receivership is: Sims Engineering 18.87 metre launch "Stella" 1973 registration number 349061 - complete with fixtures, fittings, accessories, engine and auxiliary engine.
