Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew James Bethell and James Henry Greenway, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the
above-named company on 18 July 2013 under the terms of
a general security deed dated the 8th day of July 2011, giving the holder security interests or charges created by the general security deed with all the powers conferred by
the general security deed and at law.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired property.
