Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Certain Property
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Raymond Clark, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers
of certain property of the above-named company on 8 July 2013 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 14th day of July 2010 in respect of property which consists of a:
2009 MAN 26,480 TGA truck, Registration No. FLD79; and a
2009 EVANS 4AS trailer, Registration No. N118T.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers of Certain Property is: RHB Chartered Accountants Limited,
Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
