property of MERLOT PROPERTY SERVICES LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security deed dated the 20th day of August 2008 given by the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Offices of the Receiver and Manager Are: Advantage Management Systems Limited, Unit G, Chelsea Park, 162 Mokoia Road, Birkenhead, Auckland.
