Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Shaun Kearney hereby gives notice that on 27 June 2013, Green Corporation Limited appointed Shaun Kearney, insolvency specialist, whose office is at Level 3, Datacom House, 160 Grafton Road, Auckland, as receiver of the property of IPM GROUP LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 18th day of May 2012.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
