Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 19 June 2013, the trustees in the D B Fisher Trust appointed
Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office
is at Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, as receiver of the property of THE COUNTRY CHANNEL LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 12th day of September 2008.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
