Notice of Receiver Ceasing to Act
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, as from the date hereof, Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, advises that the receivership has ended and that he has now ceased to act.
As the company is not in liquidation, control has reverted to the director.
