Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Brendon James Gibson and Michael Peter Stiassny, hereby give notice that we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of
EX-BSGH LIMITED on 16 January 2013 and EX-BSG LIMITED and EX-BSGI LIMITED on 17 January 2013, pursuant to a composite general security agreement dated the 26th day of February 2007.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the Composite General Security Agreement: All assets and undertaking of the companies.
