On 16 January 2013, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield were appointed jointly and severally
as receivers of the land and any income of the land
or any part thereof described in mortgage instruments 7685543.3 and 6886754.3 (both South Auckland Land Registry) ("the mortgages") under the powers contained
in the mortgages.
