Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 27 May 2013, Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of G. M. Woolston and Bailey Ingham Trustees Limited (as trustees of THE G. M. WOOLSTON FAMILY TRUST), under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 23rd
day of October 2009, which property consists of all of
the property of the trustees and all their present and after-acquired property.
