Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of
the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 28 May 2013 at
4.00pm, Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole
were appointed joint and several receivers and managers
of all the assets of THE COUNTRY CHANNEL LIMITED
(in receivership), such assets comprising sundry items of plant and equipment, television programme catalogue, channel supply and distribution rights and intellectual property.
