Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that as from 27 May 2013, we, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of EUROTECH AUDIO HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership).
