Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 10 May 2013, ASL Mortgages Limited appointed Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office is at Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, as receiver of the property of HAWKES BAY PROPERTY ENTERPRISES LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of March 2009.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
